Non-Customized Products

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for disptach. Online Paid
order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-5
working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on
call and then dispatched the same or next working day.

Customized Products 

The making process for customized products is 4-5
working days and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days from the
date of dispatch.

I have received my tracking number but the tracking
information is not moving/getting updated since 2 or more days. What should I
do?

If your package has not been shipped, you can Email
us your updated shipping address so we can update it in our system.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit card,
credit card, net banking, and UPI.

We additionally offer support for Paytm and other
wallets.

We also offer Cash On
Delivery on Non-Customized Products. 

All charges are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

This usually happens when we are not able to capture
your payment, in such cases your money will get reversed to your account with
2-3 working days.
